I did a packing update for myself last week and wanted to do the same for Nolan and Jim. Here’s Nolan’s update!
Clothes
Nolan has grown a lot since we first started and the weather has been a bit cooler than we originally thought, so Nolan’s wardworb has changed. I’m also a sucker for my kid, so as we’ve found cool t-shirts and such we’ve picked them up along the way! I mean really, how am I supposed to say no to say …. a new Batman swimsuit, or a bedazzled Spiderman sweatshirt, or a new t-shirt with Bumblebee as a Beetle?
- 10 Short Sleeve T-shirts
- 3 Long Sleeve T-Shirts
- 4 Sweatshirts
- 2 Polos
- 1 Button down (that he has never worn, but I am still dragging around the world?)
- 8 Shorts; 6 basketball shorts and 2 casual shorts
- 4 Long Pants; 3 sweatpants and 1 pair of jeans
- 6 PJs
- 3 Bathing Suits
- 9 Underoos
- 9 Socks
- 5 Undershirts
- 1 Rain Coat
- 2 Pairs of Shoes; Runners and Crocs
Toys
Lugging toys around the world has been an interesting task. We want to make sure he feels at “home” and has plenty to keep him busy, so we’ve made it a priority to make sure he has toys. However, Momma has to pack every month, so we must keep ourselves organized so that nothing gets left behind. Most of the toys Nolan has he started the trip with, but he has changed out some along the way and we’ve mailed toys back to the US. Here’s what he has now:
- Bag 1: Monster Trucks
- Bag 2: Minecraft Toys
- Bag 2: Random Toys
- Bag 3: Mecards
- Bag 4: Transforming Alphabet
- Bag 5: HotWheels
- Bag 6: Incredibles Costume
- Bag 7: ALL the Legos
- 3 Cars
- Art & Craft Supplies
